I was first elected as a Conservative Councillor in 1998. I have been the Finance and Property portfolio holder since the cabinet system was implemented in Hertsmere in 2001. I am also a member of the planning committee and work closely with Aldenham Parish council in ensuring the voice of Radlett is heard on planning matters
